Plantan myndar fljótt óvenjulega stór og þétt höfð sem hefur góða mótstöðu gegn óværu.Salathausinn myndar fallega gula miðju.Eminence er harðger planta og þykir mjög bragðgóð. Halda skal jarðvegi rökum meðan á ræktun stendur.
